A charming spiral staircase leads to the loft where you'll find two twin beds as well as a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bath, also complete with a shower/tub combo giving everyone space to unwind comfortably. This bright and inviting home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, a dining table for four, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. Enjoy surround sound and a game system for entertainment, then step outside to relax on the private patio or take short walk to the shared community pool just steps away. Whether you're here for beach days, family time, or a productive getaway, Colony Coastal is your home away from home! Guest access The entire home. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels.
