We got away for a quick weekend with a couple friends, and it was a beautiful place very affordable for how close we were to the ocean and what we got!! It was an easy check-in process and was close to lots of things to keep us busy

We had a really great experience staying here. The location is ideal—close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best features was the golf cart—it made short trips fun and easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would book again!

The condominium was a great stay for me and some friends, it was very accommodating compared to most stays nearby due to just having that extra 5th bed, as well the place has a nice public pool & hot tub available behind the condo and a great big balcony looking at the water on the front side of the complex. Barrett is really kind and responsive when questions or concerns were asked and they were rectified in good timing for our stay. If you want great value for what you pay this is the place to stay while having the amenities of being very walkable to the beach, a decent walk to the main strip and Top Golf which we had done during our stay! <br/>Thank you Barrett for hosting us, we had a great time!

The place was really nice, and the location we stayed in was amazing. The only downside was that we could hear people walking outside the first bedroom and cars passing by. We also ran into some traffic issues, but aside from that, I would definitely recommend this place.

I came to Pawleys for a golf trip with 3 buddies.  This house is much larger than what we needed but after a scheduling issue last minute,  we jumped on the larger place as it was luckily available.   It was built last year so everything is new, in working order and was very clean.    We really took advantage of the outdoor space while grilling, watching sports,  hot tub, cornhole, ping pong, fire pit,  we used it all.  There were also plenty of ceiling fans inside and out to keep bugs away. The place was spacious and had plenty of things for us to do. <br/>The house is right off Rt 17.   Definitely some traffic noise but its 2 min drive to the beach, grocery stores, golf courses and other amenities.   Also only 15 minutes to Murrell's Inlet if you want to see the nightlife.

This place was a great find! Due to a family emergency I need a place to stay quickly. The keyless entry made arriving overnight effortless. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We felt right at home from the start. The place was stocked with everything we needed to cook and do laundry.  I was so happy with my stay that when I had to extend my stay (and my husband and child traveled home) I went in search of another one of Barrett’s properties, but smaller, because I knew I’d be getting a place exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Lovely, comfortable house. Close proximity to beautiful beach and convenient to golf courses. Great for preparing and eating group dinners.  Can’t wait to come back next year.
