Description
Whether you know Surfside Beach or not, you will realize this 3 bed/2.5 bath ocean view condo is a show stopper! Ditch the tired 80's condo you are used to and spend your vacation in style in this beautifully updated and modern 1300 sf. property with private garage parking for 2 full vehicles underneath. Better yet, rent a gas powered golf cart for your stay and literally go everywhere in it all week long. Located between 12th and 13th Avenues South, you will be in perfect position to check out the brand new Surfside Pier with all of the delicious eateries around it close by. Or, if you are in the mood for something a little more high brow, pack up the family and head for the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk.
The space
Located all on one level on the second floor, there are 2 private entrances to this 3 bed/2.5 bath condo. As you enter through the main door, you will be swept into the open plan and very spacious living/kitchen/dining space with seating at the table for a comfortable 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Speaking of the kitchen, its fully stocked with all modern appliances, granite and stone counter tops and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as an additional roll out cot if ever needed. Next door is bedroom #2 with a King bed and twin day bed and a private half bath located inside this room. Just adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is a large hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located right off the living room is the huge Master Suite with a private En Suite bathroom with large shower and double vanities! The suite contains a king bed, nice sized closet and 40" flat screen tv and has ocean views from bed.

Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee".
You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. To make your stay even more enjoyable and hassle free, we offer some optional super light, durable backpack style beach chairs as well as our custom golf carts which are rentable on your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking.

Great place to stay, great communication on instructions and expectations. We had a great time at Barrett’s place! It was right on the beach so that was totally great! The condo was clean and very spacious. It had everything you would need. <br/>The pier and the restaurants are about a half mile down the street. I would suggest maybe renting the golf cart if anyone has any issues with walking a bit. We did and did get a flat tire on Sunday which was a bit of a bummer but we got our steps in then lol. <br/>Barrett was always quick with a response on any questions. I would definitely rent this space or another space that beach star offered in the future. Doris

The place was peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the beach and the pool! Very clean place.
