This stunning home offers plenty of space and comfort across two levels. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, private balcony and large closet. There's also a convenient half-bath with a vanity located in the hallway right off the kitchen and living room.
Continuing through the first floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing gourmet meals, a dining table with seating for 8 and additional bar stool seating.
Open to the living room, you will find a huge and comfy sectional sofa and 2 additional oversized club chairs to comfortably seat the whole family to binge watch your favorite show, have a family game night, or step outside to the covered deck right off the living room to enjoy an afternoon happy hour in the shade.
The lower level also includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.
The second floor is home to three additional spacious bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms and large closets. Two of these rooms each have their own private deck and feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers two double beds, making it perfect for the kids!
Outside you will find plenty of parking room under the house and in driveway for 3 vehicles and the golf cart. There is also a picnic table poolside which is in the shade for most of the day as well as a gas grill and plenty of poolside lounge chairs for working on your tan!
The entire home including 4 spacious decks, providing plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Two of the decks overlook the serene pool and garden area, creating a peaceful retreat right outside your door.

The brand-new Surfside Beach Pier, which opened in March 2024, is just a short distance away, offering easy access to beautiful ocean views!
Don't miss our Brand New Luxe 6 seater limo style gas powered golf cart available for rent during your stay. Don't worry about having to charge up every night as one tank of gas will handle 140 miles of cruising around. Its also much easier to park at the public beach access points with a golf cart, though you can walk to the beach access right at the end of the street less than 2 blocks away as well. The home is just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $25-30.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee".
You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. To make your stay even more enjoyable and hassle free, we offer some optional super light, durable backpack style beach chairs as well as our custom golf carts which are rentable on your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking.

We felt like we were at home and we made great memories ❣️ Barrett was a great host and the property was as described. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check-in was smooth. Location was wonderful - a block back from the beach a quick walk or drive to the pier. I would highly recommend adding the golf cart - we loved exploring the area in it and it was a big hit with the kids! I reached out a few times before the trip and Barrett and his team were very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests/questions. The pool was smaller than we expected, but it worked for our young children. There were also no toiletries provided, but I may have missed that in the property description. Overall we had a great experience and I would stay here again. Thanks Barrett! The house was extremely clean, very spacious, and the host was very welcoming. Highly recommend. We stayed up here for bike week/husbands birthday and it was so great, 10-15 minutes to basically every bar, 25 minutes from my favorite beach restaurant (Biminis), and basically like a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had some trouble with our trailer and I texted the host which responded within minutes!
Super easy check in and check out, and all in all a great place to stay!!!
