The space
As you step inside this 3rd floor condo, you will find a downstairs master suite containing a queen bed, private en suite bathroom with hallway access as well and large closet, giving you plenty of room to spread out. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the main appliances and coffee maker to chef meals at home if you desire. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 as well as bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. The open plan living with vaulted ceilings containing tons of natural light from the sky lights will make family time even more special. Step out onto the covered balcony which overlooks the pool and you will also find the full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet for any laundry needs. Upstairs, you will find the loft suite with 2 queen beds, walk in closet and a private en suite bathroom.
Guest access
The entire condo is yours alone. The pool deck with grills is a shared space, but you will find the local residents and other guests to be very friendly. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.
Other things to note
**By HOA requirement, one dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle**
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.

Great little condo, very clean, great location. Only thing not mentioned is that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, a whole lot of steps for someone with a bad back. Close driving distance from the beach and all of the bars and restaurants, close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Beach, Garden City Beach, Murrells Inlet, all the wonderful places to explore. Overall it was a great stay and we found it last minute due to a change in plans, which was wonderful that it was available! Thanks Barrett! Absolutely perfect! Barrett was very responsive and informative. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Will be booking for next year! we had a great stay. we will definitely be booking with them again soon!!! Great! Went above and beyond even brought me tape to fix a problem.
