Description
Welcome to Doug's Dune Destination! This family retreat at Grand Palms of Surfside is in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave N beach access. With plenty of free parking and the convenience of Hwy 17 access, you will be able to enjoy a night on the town, soaking up all Surfside Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes North and the "Seafood Capital of SC", Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes south.
***Please note that because this is a privately owned residence, the Grand Palms Resort amenities (like the pools and activity center) are not available to guests***
This Grand Palms property is a peaceful retreat away from the cramped and congested quarters of the beachfront condo scene. Spacious and modern, with 3 beds and 3 full baths, this villa has plenty of room for the extended family. You will be able to cook gourmet meals in a full sized and fully stocked kitchen and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the fellowship of family meals. Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom and 2 are en suite baths. There are walk in closets throughout, premium cable with large flat screen tv's, complimentary resort wifi and a dedicated work space as well.

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Don't forget to check out our Guidebook on Airbnb!!
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

Amenities
Would love to return in the future! There was lots of room and beds to accommodate our group. Each room had their own bathroom which was super convenient. There were also towel sets for each bed which was great.<br/>This Airbnb is also on the 2nd floor so you don’t have to worry about others above you. Noisy neighbors weren’t ever a problem though. Lots of parking too!<br/>The back patio was a great place to sit and watch the turtles/geese in the large pond.<br/>Only small issues we had were the ac. It took awhile for the inside temp to adjust, but eventually it did.<br/>Overall, a great stay. Great place for a family vacation. Jarquavious

Me and my softball team enjoyed our stay and I think most of all the guys enjoyed the view We planned a last minute trip to take the kids to Myrtle beach for spring break. There was a total of 5 children and two adults and this place was perfect for our sleeping accommodations. Once we arrived we instantly fell in love. The place was beautiful, very well put together, very clean and the view was gorgeous. We never had any issues with communication, very responsive.
