Description
This sun soaked 2 bed/2 bath in family friendly Surfside Beach is the perfect getaway for relaxation and beach fun! Located just 1.5 miles from the Surfside Beaches, but close enough to the amenities of Myrtle Beach (10 mins north) and Murrells Inlet, the "Seafood capital of SC", just 15 mins south! You will be less than 10 minutes from 4 grocery stores, dozens of delicious local restaurants (chains and independents alike), and any big box stores you need.
Large, cozy living areas and private sleeping accommodations will welcome you home after a day of excitement. The downstairs primary bedroom has a King bed, dedicated desk and monitor to plug a laptop into that is perfect for business travelers. There is a bathroom steps away from the primary that contains a tub/shower combo. The updated kitchen with modern appliances is fully stocked so you can cook any meals you like at home. It opens up to the open plan living room with a 55" smart tv for streaming or watching the upgraded cable. Upstairs, you will find a loft area with a twin bed, a queen bed, and a full bath.
Catch the sunrise on the large patio overlooking the pool/hot tub deck or grab a seat at the breakfast bar with your morning coffee. Spend the afternoon sunning on the beach, or exploring the Grand Strand. Unwind on the plush sofa or love seat and armchair living room seating and plot your evening’s adventures.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.

Please be informed that routine pest control treatment MAYBE scheduled during your stay. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service.
-This service typically occurs on the 3rd Thursday of the even months. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in just a few minutes.
