The space

This spacious end unit, first-floor, single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. With no stairs inside the unit, it's easy for guests of all ages to relax and enjoy their stay. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes both a queen bed and a full bed, making it ideal for families. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, providing plenty of sleeping options for larger groups. The primary en suite bath features a convenient tub/shower combination, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The 2nd bath features a stand up shower with easy low curb entry. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a day in the sun, or simply take in the coastal breeze. Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is no assigned parking but please have the parking pass displayed to avoid towing. Entry is on a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before check in.
Other things to note
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
