The open-concept living area welcomes you, while each of the two bedrooms offers its own private sanctuary. The primary suite, located on the lower level, features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft suite boasts two full-size beds and a convenient walk-in closet, complemented by its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bath for guests located in the downstairs space. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen and savor your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool. Please note that the Grand Palms Resort amenities are not available to our guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread. *Guests must be at least 25 years old to book* *This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed* *Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM* *The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children.*

Once we walked in and looked at the place, the amenities looked great for us! It was in a great location and not heavy traffic! I wished we stayed longer. I also wished that we could have had access to the pool. Other than the pool, we enjoyed ourselves very much and would love to visit the home again!

Overall, this is a great place to stay. I spent a week here with my wife, child and two other family members. The location is excellent with no problems experienced with noise, lack of parking or feeling unsafe. The unit itself had everything we needed and was spacious. The only complaint any of us had about the place was that the furniture needs updating. None of the beds were comfortable and none of the chairs and/or sofa seats were comfortable. The furniture is just old and worn out. The pull out bed in the sofa was too uncomfortable for my child, so she ended up sleeping on the couch itself. There was a minor issue with the HVAC (AC) that required maintenance to come out to fix it. The communication, once I reported it, was fast and thorough. Everything was taken care of within two hours of me reporting the issue. Overall, we really enjoyed out time here, but we are glad to get to sleep in our own bed again.
