This beautifully appointed, modern and spacious loft style 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in one of the quietest and most comfortable communities in Surfside will be one you want to return to! No expense has been spared in making this 1150 square foot condo as luxe as possible.
Eat in kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your family to whip up something special for the whole family. Or simply step outside poolside and grill up some local catch from Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of SC!
Gorgeous loft style 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Eat in kitchen with nice deck to enjoy breakfast and coffee outside that overlooks the pool and grilling areas. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony, you will be only 1.5 miles from the Surfside Beaches and nearby local attractions! For an adventurous stay, rent a gas powered golf cart and you can access the beaches in Surfside as well as some restaurants and shopping all via golf cart.
You will have sole access to almost 1200 sf. of luxury space comfortable for up 5.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so much the South Strand has to offer. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

Please be informed that routine pest control treatment MAYBE scheduled during your stay. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service.

I loved staying here <br/>The place is very comfortable and I liked the beach vibes. Great place to stay for a vacation on the beach! Surfside Beach is very relaxed and close to Myrtle beach. The apartment has everything you need and even chairs & toys for the beach. There is also a pool close to the apartment. Everything is in a 10 minute drive reach and when you don’t want to drive your car, it is very common to rent a golf cart. It was a great stay! John And Heidi

This condo was in a great location for our family of four: close to Surfside Beach and an easy drive to Myrtle Beach boardwalk and other local attractions. The house was very clean and spacious. The building is starting to show its age a bit, but the hosts of this unit have done a great job of creating a comfortable and well-equipped rental property. And, it is a part of a large neighborhood of condos which is both safe and attractive. If you have access to your own transportation, stay here instead of downtown Myrtle Beach. Additionally, the hosts are friendly, helpful, and swift in all of their communication. Everything was just as described. We had a great time, and we would book this residence again. We have never been to Myrtle Beach before, and we enjoyed everything about it. The residence is close to several things by car. Our host was super communicative and responsive to any and all needs and questions. Excellent stay!
