The space
This stunning home offers plenty of space and comfort across two levels. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, private balcony and large closet. There's also a convenient half-bath with a vanity located in the hallway right off the kitchen and living room.
Continuing through the first floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing gourmet meals, a dining table with seating for 8 and additional bar stool seating.
Open to the living room, you will find a huge and comfy sectional sofa and 2 additional oversized club chairs to comfortably seat the whole family to binge watch your favorite show, have a family game night, or step outside to the covered deck right off the living room to enjoy an afternoon happy hour in the shade.
The lower level also includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.
The second floor is home to three additional spacious bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms and large closets. Two of these rooms each have their own private deck and feature queen-sized beds, while the third bedroom offers two double beds, making it perfect for the kids!
Outside you will find plenty of parking room under the house and in driveway for 3 vehicles and the golf cart. There is also a picnic table poolside which is in the shade for most of the day as well as a gas grill and plenty of poolside lounge chairs for working on your tan!
Guest access
The entire home including 4 spacious decks, providing plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Two of the decks overlook the serene pool and garden area, creating a peaceful retreat right outside your door.
Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee".
You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. To make your stay even more enjoyable and hassle free, we offer some optional super light, durable backpack style beach chairs as well as our custom golf carts which are rentable on your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking.

Beautiful and super clean house! Perfect location and close to everything! The owners were super responsive and helpful. We plan to come back again! My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Barrett’s place! I wasn’t sure if the photos portrayed the actual size of the rooms in the house, but they absolutely did. Plenty of space for our group. We loved how close it was to the beach and DEFINITELY rent the golf cart! Cruising around to the nearby restaurants was our favorite thing to do.<br/>Will definitely book here again!
