The space
Unit A, just fully remodeled in 2023, boasts a primary suite with a king bed, smart tv and private en suite bath. There is an open plan living room with super plush leather recliners with USB outlets and a 55" smart tv, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a dining table and additional bar seating for up to 4. Two (2) additional bedrooms are the kids bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top and the third bedroom with a queen sized bed. The 2nd bathroom will comfortably accommodate the rest of the family. Don't forget the fully covered and large front porch and extended back deck with dining to enjoy your coffee in the morning or happy hour after beach time!
Guest access
The whole home and driveway for up to 2 vehicles are yours to enjoy. Entry is by keypad lock and code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.
Other things to note
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
