Description

This gorgeous and modern, pet friendly 3 bed/2 bath "A" unit of the duplex can be rented by itself or with the "B" unit to create the perfect getaway for the whole family! With each side providing privacy when needed and the backyard allowing the whole family to come together as well, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 total guests, 5 in each side. Both units have the option to rent a gas powered golf cart that will take you to the beautiful Garden City beaches, the grocery store and all the delicious local eateries, so you can ditch your car and de-stress in style. The space Unit A, just fully remodeled in 2023, boasts a primary suite with a king bed, smart tv and private en suite bath. There is an open plan living room with super plush leather recliners with USB outlets and a 55" smart tv, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a dining table and additional bar seating for up to 4. Two (2) additional bedrooms are the kids bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top and the third bedroom with a full sized bed. The 2nd bathroom will comfortably accommodate the rest of the family. Don't forget the fully covered and large front porch and extended back deck with dining to enjoy your coffee in the morning or happy hour after beach time! Guest access The whole home and driveway for up to 2 vehicles on each side of the duplex are yours to enjoy. Entry is by keypad lock and code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels.
