The space Step inside this beautifully well maintained and modern single family home and you will experience open plan living at its best with a spacious living room with plenty of seating for the family, a 60" Roku TV including cable and fast wifi. Right next to the living space, you will find a dining table for 4 and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Just off the kitchen, there is a mud room with a brand new full sized washer and dryer and access to the 1 car garage/golf cart barn. Step out of the slider door from the kitchen onto the patio oasis, painstakingly restored and beautifully maintained by the homeowners. There you will find comfortable seating for 6 to dine outside morning, noon or night. Don't forget the gas grill to have the whole family gather around for a BBQ! Guest access The whole vacation home will be yours, not sharing any part of it with anyone and you will appreciate how private the back yard is, with no nosy neighbors or condo cramming to bother your peace. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before check in. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels.
