Perfect for family getaways, this condo provides a comfortable and convenient stay near Myrtle Beach's attractions. The space As you step inside this 3rd floor condo, you will find a downstairs master suite containing a queen bed, private en suite bathroom with hallway access as well and large closet, giving you plenty of room to spread out. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the main appliances and coffee maker to chef meals at home if you desire. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 4 as well as bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. The open plan living with vaulted ceilings containing tons of natural light from the sky lights will make family time even more special. Step out onto the covered balcony which overlooks the pool and you will also find the full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet for any laundry needs. Upstairs, you will find the loft suite with 2 queen beds, walk in closet and a private en suite bathroom. Guest access The entire condo is yours alone. The pool deck with grills is a shared space, but you will find the local residents and other guests to be very friendly. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in. Other things to note **By HOA requirement, one dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle** For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels.
