Description
Welcome to Doug's Dune Destination! This family retreat at Grand Palms of Surfside is in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave N beach access. With plenty of free parking and the convenience of Hwy 17 access, you will be able to enjoy a night on the town, soaking up all Surfside Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes North and the "Seafood Capital of SC", Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes south.

***Please note that because this is a privately owned residence, the Grand Palms Resort amenities (like the pools and activity center) are not available to guests***
This Grand Palms property is a peaceful retreat away from the cramped and congested quarters of the beachfront condo scene. Spacious and modern, with 3 beds and 3 full baths, this villa has plenty of room for the extended family. You will be able to cook gourmet meals in a full sized and fully stocked kitchen and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the fellowship of family meals. Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom and 2 are en suite baths. There are walk in closets throughout, premium cable with large flat screen tv's, complimentary resort wifi and a dedicated work space as well.

Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

Host exceeded expectations; quick response and well maintained condo in a beautiful, safe community. The unit is ideal for travelers! No knick knacks and decorative pieces to clutter and move out of the way. I highly recommend and will stay here again. D

I had a wonderful time on my trip My family and I enjoyed our stay at stay Barrett’s place. The unit was very clean and neat. We all loved the relaxed atmosphere of the unit and area. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that we didn’t have the unit number upon arrival and had to call from the parking lot once we arrived . That should have been sent with the address and lock box instructions.
