This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath villa has everything for a relaxing vacation. You will love this adorable Villa just a quick drive to the beach. This Villa sleeps 4 with a Double bed and 1 pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Golf Colony Resort is tucked quietly back in the Deerfield subdivision but right in the middle and close to everything! Book your families next home away from home with relaxing breezes and the beach right around the corner!

Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

The place was nice. The only problems I had were the people on both sides of me were very loud. TV going all night and other side was very loud. Also saw bugs in the condo. One looked like a cockroach. Other than that, the pool was nice, and the people are friendly. No problem with parking. We truly enjoyed our stay . We were nice and close to friends and family who live in the area but , it was nice to have our own space. We would definitely go back and stay again in the future. I indefinitely would stay at Barrett’s place again hands down! It’s neatly tucked away (follow his directions or gps thoroughly). The grounds outside are beautifully maintained, trash receptacles are in every other complex parking lot (lol totally drove by them a few times). Checking in/ out was extremely easy and convenient, especially bc I stopped for groceries before heading to the Condo and didn’t have to rush to meet him to check in. Once inside, from the entry way to the master bdr, both bathrooms, kitchen and living room the unit is very nice and well kept. I will only throw out there that the walls are a little thin and you can hear other folks shows and then again it may have been the placement of their tv. Either way the neighbors I did come in contact with were friendly and the folks that used the pool weren’t loud or obnoxious, I only realized people were out there when I walked over to go out on the balcony and relax. Communication was quick and efficient. Lovely place !
