Description
This sun-soaked 2BR haven is tucked in family-friendly Golf Colony Resort and just steps from the pool and hot tub deck with charcoal grills available around it as well. Explore Surfside Beach by bike or gas powered golf cart, or venture out into Myrtle Beach and the Hammock Coast. Large, cozy living areas and private sleeping accommodations will welcome you home after a day of excitement, and a private patio offers your own personal spot for enjoying the breeze in evening.
The primary bedroom with queen bed is on the main floor with a remodeled private bath steps from the bedroom door. The second bedroom is a loft style suite with en suite bath and up a spiral staircase, which the kids will love! There are an additional full sized and twin bed in the loft bedroom. All bedrooms contain Roku connected smart tv's for all your streaming favorites. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal at home and there is a dining table for 4 with additional bar stool seating. The comfy living room has 2 couches, a 65" smart tv with premium cable and streaming options and there is great wifi at 100+ MBPS speeds.

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes! Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.
**Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve**
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

Please be informed that routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service.
-This service typically occurs on the first Monday of each month. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in just a few minutes.
Your cooperation is essential, and we kindly ask that you allow the technician access to your unit. Please note that a fine may be applied if entry is refused.

I wasn't impressed with the Townhouse; funky smells being masked by an odor eliminator placed in front of a dirty air filter, stains on the ceiling over the countertops. I wouldn't go back to stay. I love this place wanted to stay longer it was clean and everything we needed when I needed answers they was just a call away We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything our family needed and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how well-equipped and nicely maintained it was. We had a great time together and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
