The space

Just off the main living area, enjoy the inviting outdoor patio featuring a gas grill and a beautiful outdoor dining set, creating the perfect space for evening cookouts, morning coffee, or relaxing after a day in the sun. Head upstairs to find all three bedrooms, including the inviting primary suite featuring a plush king bed. The ensuite primary bathroom offers a double vanity and a stand-up shower for added comfort and convenience. The two additional bedrooms each offer a cozy queen bed with TVs, and the second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, great for families and longer stays. Guest access
The entire home and driveway. The garage is not available for guest use. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.
Other things to note
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
