The space
Step inside Jen's Bay Retreat, where you will find dual downstairs master suites with king beds and a private en suite bathroom each so you and your family don't have to fight over who gets the best bedroom. Also on the main level is a comfy living room with plenty of seating, a 55" HDTV with premium cable, a fully stocked kitchen and not 1 but 2 screened porches sheltered from the sun. Stroll upstairs and you will find a 2nd large living room space with a sleeper sofa and 2 additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom and more porch seating off the 2nd living room.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. Entry is through a twist key lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before checking in!
Other things to note
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.

Really nice location for a quiet, peaceful stay. The neighbors we met were friendly and gave great suggestions for places to eat. Close to Surfside beach. Could use some upgrades. It's a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation with great access to food, groceries, and fun just a little old. There are accessible beach toys if you bring kids. there's a great loft above with games. Swans in the lake a bonus. If you're not 6ft bring foot stool. It was definitely made for tall people. the location was incredible and the place was well furnished. great for bigger groups of people. The place was nice and clean area quit and beautiful.<br/>some wifi problems was the only set back.
