The space
Inside, there is a seating area with all the coastal charm you could ask for! You will find a spacious open plan living/dining with seating for 4 at the dining table and 2-3 more at the kitchen bar top, a 55" Smart TV, a gorgeous kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and quartz countertops and everything needed to chef delicious meals. The primary suite has a king-size bed and 50" flat screen tv and private En Suite bath. There are two additional baths, one an en suite half bath inside the 3rd bedroom and the other a full bath for the 2nd bedroom. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The front sitting room has a comfortable queen pull out from the sofa and there is a washer/dryer as well. The best part is you are just steps away from the beach, which you can see from the gorgeous and spacious covered deck! Rest assured this will be the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation you have taken in years filled with memories to be cherished for years to come!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is no assigned parking, but there is room for 2-3 cars depending on occupancy. One bay may be used per unit and parking passes are required at all times to prevent towing. Entry is on a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours before check in.
Other things to note
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
