This beautifully decorated and fully appointed 3 bed, 2 bath home can be rented by itself or with the equally cute and tasteful 2 bed/1 bath cottage located on the front half of the property, so the whole family can come together on one property while still having their own separate spaces to retreat to. Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access at the end of Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will have the beach very close without all the crowds and noise that come with the resorts close by. Don't miss this perfect family retreat boasting fantastic outdoor dining and entertaining spaces and plenty of on site free parking!
The space
Entering the home from the front boardwalk, you will first come to the massive screened porch with a dining table for 6, roku tv to catch your favorite show or game and outdoor fan to keep you cool in shade from the summer sun. Once you enter the home, you will immediately find yourself in the living room with large and comfy reclining sofa and love seats, 60" roku tv and open plan living. There is a large bathroom directly off the living room and next to the separate mud room with a full sized washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6 and is also open to the living room so you can share fellowship with the whole family over your meals. Our kitchen is fully stocked with premium stainless appliances, everything you need to cook gourmet meals and plenty of counter space to prep. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, roku tv, his and hers closets and extra blankets and pillows to ensure full comfort. There is a 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and another roku tv that is perfect for the kids. On the opposite side of the living room, you will find the 3rd bedroom which has a separate hvac system, roku tv and private access door to the screened porch. The 2nd bathroom is located conveniently between the primary and 2nd bedrooms.

The whole home is yours and don't forget about the cute separate 2/1 cottage on the front of the property that is perfect for the grandparents!
Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee".
You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. We do have some fun beach gear at the home that you are welcome to use during your stay.
