Description
This gorgeous and modern, pet friendly 3 bed/2 bath "B" unit of the duplex can be rented by itself or with the "A" unit to create the perfect getaway for the whole family! With each side providing privacy when needed and the backyard allowing the whole family to come together, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 total guests, 10 if both sides of the duplex are reserved. Check out our gas powered golf carts that will take you to the beautiful Garden City beaches, the grocery store, & all the delicious local eateries!
The space
Unit B, just fully remodeled in late 2024/early 2025, boasts a primary suite with a queen bed, smart tv and private en suite bath. There is an open plan living room with super plush leather recliners with USB outlets and a 65" smart tv, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with granite counter tops and a dining table and additional bar seating for up to 4. 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with bunkbeds and a 2nd bathroom will comfortably accommodate the rest of the family. Don't forget the large deck out back for those to mornings you want to enjoy your coffee or for happy hour after beach time!
Guest access
The whole home and driveway for up to 2 vehicles are yours to enjoy. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.
Other things to note
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
