Description
Welcome to Pier View Paradise, just steps from the gorgeous new Surfside Beach Pier and fabulous local restaurants within walking distance. This 5 bedroom/4 bath home on Ocean Blvd. in Surfside provides plenty of room for you and your extended family or friends to really unplug. Spend mornings at Surfside Beach just a 2 minute walk from the home across the street and afternoons at the private pool grilling out while chilling out! Ditch your car and rent a gas powered golf cart for your entire stay and really go stress free.
The space
The home's first level contains a large bedroom with 2 full beds and 40" flat screen smart tv and a connected bathroom w/hall access. There is a large kitchen with stainless appliances, tons of granite counter top space for prep and dining options for 12 with the included bar stool seating and even a kids table. Also on this level is the spacious living room connected to the kitchen/dining. The 2nd level contains 2 Primary Suites, each with King beds and en suite bathrooms, plus 3rd level deck access and direct ocean views from the deck. There is one queen in the 3rd bedroom and a 2 full beds setup in the fourth bedroom which share a 3rd upstairs bath. There is also a full sized washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.
Guest access
The entire home including 2 full width-of-the-house balconies, both overlooking the pool deck and the upper looking out toward the ocean.
Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. To make your stay even more enjoyable and hassle free, we offer some optional super light, durable backpack style beach chairs as well as our custom golf carts which are rentable on your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking.

This vacation home is everything listed and then some. My family loved it! From the moment we arrived it felt like home. Perfect family layout for multiple people. The pool was so perfect for our family. Everything is so close by, and the restaurants are amazing, we tried all of the local spots. The fishing pier is a must on your to does. The beach is so close and it’s beautiful during the day or for an evening stroll. We enjoyed a street fair, the flea market, and so much more. We will definitely be back next year. 🩵 Donna
