Located in Golf Colony of Deerfield, this loft style condo is arguably the nicest and most luxurious property in Golf Colony and possibly all of Surfside Beach. No expense has been spared! From the electric genuine leather reclining sofa and love seat to the 65" Roku TV, premium mattresses and a gorgeous kitchen, you can have it all. Don't miss this unforgettable property in the heart of Surfside Beach and just 1.5 miles from the beach.
The space
Entering the main condo door on the 2nd floor, you will have a short flight up to the main living level. As soon as you ascend, you will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all brand new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bar stool seating for 2 and an additional dining table for 4 just adjacent. There is a fully remodeled bath with large stand up shower just off the kitchen and large closet for clothing storage. You will love the vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light flooding in. The living room contains additional clothing storage as well as a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds away to provide more space when not in use. There is also a fully covered porch with small dining table and seating with a birds eye view of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard just below.
Heading up to the loft, you will find another comfortable queen bed with a 40+" roku tv and all tv's have premium cable in addition to streaming options in case you want to watch local channels.
The pool deck below has plenty of lounge chairs plus dining tables with umbrellas and the grilling deck with charcoal grills and smokers can't be beat!
Guest access
You will have full access to the condo with no shared spaces other than the pool deck and grilling areas that are shared with a small amount of condos in the community, meaning they are rarely ever full, even during peak summer months. The pool is also open year round!
Other things to note
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!

Great spot and great communication. I enjoyed my stay. South Carolina was not very kind to me. Racism and micro aggressions wherever I went. I’m brown and I saw my mood change from relaxed and vacation-mode to angry and aggressive. The people are nosy and constantly play petty games like getting in my way, refusing service at stores, among other things. It got bad enough that I spent the last few days in North Carolina. So just beware. If you’re a brown man, don’t overstay your welcome. The first two weeks were fine but then it went downhill from there. I stayed for about a month. Barrett’s place was perfect Tracey

This was a well equipped condominium!! The pool was great ! The area was central ! The Host was very attentive, when we had a tv issue ! Great stay ! Nice place to stay for a couple comfortable clean home eight minute drive from to the beach
