Located in Golf Colony of Deerfield, this loft style condo is arguably the nicest and most luxurious property in Golf Colony and possibly all of Surfside Beach. No expense has been spared! From the electric genuine leather reclining sofa and love seat to the 65" Roku TV, premium mattresses and a gorgeous kitchen, you can have it all. Don't miss this unforgettable property in the heart of Surfside Beach and just 1.5 miles from the beach.
Entering the main condo door on the 2nd floor, you will have a short flight up to the main living level. As soon as you ascend, you will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all brand new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bar stool seating for 2 and an additional dining table for 4 just adjacent. There is a fully remodeled bath with large stand up shower just off the kitchen and large closet for clothing storage. You will love the vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light flooding in. The living room contains additional clothing storage as well as a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds away to provide more space when not in use. There is also a fully covered porch with small dining table and seating with a birds eye view of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard just below.
Heading up to the loft, you will find another comfortable queen bed with a 40+" roku tv and all tv's have premium cable in addition to streaming options in case you want to watch local channels.
The pool deck below has plenty of lounge chairs plus dining tables with umbrellas and the grilling deck with charcoal grills and smokers can't be beat!
You will have full access to the condo with no shared spaces other than the pool deck and grilling areas that are shared with a small amount of condos in the community, meaning they are rarely ever full, even during peak summer months. The pool is also open year round!

Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will still be close to the Surfside Beaches, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.
Public parking is available at the Surfside Beach Pier as well as the other public beach access points in Surfside. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach State Park as well, which has a small fee to park for the day, but gets you access to easy parking, a snack bar, fishing pier and public restrooms.
We will provide all of your sheets and bath towels with the cleaning fee we charge as well as hand soaps, dish soap in the kitchen, a couple of laundry and dish pods, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started for your stay. Please note we don't provide beach towels, umbrella or chairs, but we do have some pretty amazing beach chairs for rent very reasonably.

Please be informed that routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service.
-This service typically occurs on the 2nd Monday of odd months. The technician will knock before entering and will complete the treatment in just a few minutes.
Your cooperation is essential, and we kindly ask that you allow the technician access to your unit. Please note that a fine may be applied if entry is refused.

South Carolina was not very kind to me. Racism and micro aggressions wherever I went. I’m brown and I saw my mood change from relaxed and vacation-mode to angry and aggressive. The people are nosy and constantly play petty games like getting in my way, refusing service at stores, among other things. It got bad enough that I spent the last few days in North Carolina. So just beware. If you’re a brown man, don’t overstay your welcome. The first two weeks were fine but then it went downhill from there. I stayed for about a month. Barrett’s place was perfect Tracey

This was a well equipped condominium!! The pool was great ! The area was central ! The Host was very attentive, when we had a tv issue ! Great stay ! Nice place to stay for a couple comfortable clean home eight minute drive from to the beach Barrett's unit was well appointed, clean and convenient. We had an air conditioning issue that was rectified very quickly after we contacted Barrett.
