You’ll find a large dining peninsula, a 55" TV, and plenty of cozy seating—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The dining table seats four, with additional counter seating to make shared meals easy and enjoyable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig/coffee pot duo, air fryer, full cookware and glassware sets, and more—ideal for preparing breakfast before heading out. For added convenience, cleaning supplies are located under the sink. Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms, including the inviting primary suite with a plush king bed. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and a stand-up shower. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a cozy queen bed and another with a double—along with a second full bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo, making it great for families or longer stays. The home also includes thoughtful extras like a bookshelf stocked with books for kids, a desk and printer for remote work or school needs, and a full-size washer and dryer. Outside of the living space, guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and a single-car garage for secure parking and storage. Whether you're here to relax or explore, this home is designed to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. Guest access The entire home and garage. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in. Other things to note For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread. *Guests must be at least 25 years old to book* *This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed* *Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM* *The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children.*
