Everything about this place was perfect . Was in town for parents weekend at coastal Carolina…. Had everyone at the house on Friday and it was perfect , Beach is 400 yards away ! Coastal was a short 20 min uber ride Lots of restaurants within walking distance . We did rent the golf cart to run to the grocery store less than a mile away , This location is perfect if you want to stay in surfside !!! Location location location !!

The house is just beautiful! So relaxing and decorated beautifully. They always went above and beyond when we had questions! Top notch!

Really nice property and reasonable rate. Barrett always got back to us right away if we had a question or need. Solid host!

Barrett’s place was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The golf cart made exploring the area easy, and the private pool was a great place to relax after the beach. We loved celebrating our boys here, and our first trip to Surfside couldn’t have been better. We’d gladly stay again!

Great place to stay! If you’re looking for a nice private home with a backyard, I highly recommend staying here! This place was amazing and looked exactly like the photos. Barrett was VERY responsive throughout our stay, and I was genuinely impressed by how attentive he and his team were to our every need and request. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, making it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. They were also very accommodating with our 15-month-old, including helping us get a high chair and providing beach toys, which made traveling with a toddler much easier. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay and location, and I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future! Thank you, Barrett and team, for a great stay!

Such a beautiful home and the pool was amazing. Yes we did the beach but it was so nice to be able to relax by the pool in a private setting. One of the best places we have stayed at hands down!
